I’m starting a new thing to make this blog a little bit more interesting… I’m gonna call it “Songs on Sunday”, and I’ll basically be posting a song every Sunday that I’ve newly discovered or that has recently been released for you all to enjoy.

Songs on Sunday #001: Thee Mighty Caesars - Lie Detector

So, first up, is Thee Mighty Caesars performing “Lie Detector” in costume. I’ve just discovered how brilliant Billy Childish is and after perusing YouTube for a while, this is one of my favourites. Dead simple, short, fun and catchy garage punk while dressed as the powerful Roman emperor. Also, bonus points to the drummer for drumming in full Roman gear, cloak n all.
